- Board Certified Family Practitioner
- Full-Time Contract = 32 hours per week
- No Hospital On-Call Required
- Federally Qualified Healthcare Center

Qualifications
- Licensure in VT, or ability to obtain required VT licensure
- Prior Experience as Family Practitioner
