Job Summary
As an Engagement Manager, you will partner with Sales and Account Manager teams to deliver the pipeline of consultants to our customers according to their engagement process, onboarding, compliance, and project standards. You will collaborate with customer contacts to ensure new clients are onboarded consistently and completely, support the pipeline through delivery of candidates, interview set up, feedback, offer management, SOW, onboarding, working with hiring managers to ensure workflow integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for data quality in the Salesforce system.
The Engagement Manager partners with Sales to ensure client satisfaction. This role is key in obtaining hiring manager and consultant satisfaction scores and strategically aligning projects with wider business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management, customer service, or account management in a technology or professional services environment
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Agency Staffing experience is highly desirable
- Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
- Experience working with an MSP and or VMS is a plus
