Role Summary
Serve as subject matter resources within clinical design teams on a large charge capture implementation. Resources will lead rounding sessions, drive Epic configuration decisions, and provide hands-on delivery support across pods serving multiple clinical specialties.

Role Summary
Serve as subject matter resources within clinical design teams on a large charge capture implementation. Resources will lead rounding sessions, drive Epic configuration decisions, and provide hands-on delivery support across pods serving multiple clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead specialty rounding sessions with clinical staff to identify and prioritize Epic configuration opportunities for charge capture
- Drive build, testing, and validation activities within an assigned clinical design pod
- Serve as a senior subject matter resource for Epic charge capture configuration and revenue cycle workflows
- Review charge capture processes against ICD-10 and CPT guidelines; identify and address coding and documentation gaps
- Produce and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, workflow maps, and future-state specs
- Mentor junior consultants; provide guidance on Epic best practices and clinical workflow design
- Proactively identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to team leads and project leadership
- 5 years of Epic implementation or clinical workflow experience in a hospital or health system setting
- Demonstrated experience with Revenue Cycle Management — up to 2 years focused on charge capture preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Epic build and configuration in a clinical context
- Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles
- Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, IT, or equivalent experience
- Current Epic certification in a relevant clinical or revenue cycle module
- Experience on multi-site or enterprise Epic implementation programs
- Background in clinical specialty areas such as Radiology, Lab, Pathology, or Urgent Care
