Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilson, NC, for a Programs Coordinator. The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various health and wellness programs that align with the Foundation's mission. Key responsibilities include developing program strategies, coordinating with partner organizations, tracking program milestones, managing budgets and timelines, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with program goals and guidelines. The Programs Coordinator will also assist in organizing events and engaging with community stakeholders to support outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Project management skills including program planning, execution, and evaluation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in collaboration and partnership building
- Experience with budget management, grant writing, or nonprofit program support is a plus
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and software for project tracking and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in coordinating community programs or initiatives is highly desirable
