Member Service Representative (MSR) - Full-Time – Duncansville, PA
Job Description
As a MSR at HealthCare First Credit Union, you are the initial contact for all members we serve. The MSR is a critical position within the credit union and is a very important member of the team. MSR’s must provide excellent customer service to all members and must be able to assist them with all account transactions and servicing needs.
Essential Job Functions
The role of the MSR is to welcome and serve members with outstanding customer service skills and perform account transactions that all align with the regulations of the credit union. MSR’s must have professional behavior at all times and must conduct business ethically and avoid conflicts of interest.
Primary Functions:
- Process all financial service transactions
- Assist members by handling phone, counter and email inquiries
- Maintain responsibility for cash drawer and follow all proper balancing procedures
- Establish, maintain and close member accounts
- Perform daily tasks as reasonably required
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work branch hours that may include Saturdays
- Must have schedule flexibility
In addition to all MSR responsibilities, the individual must have the ability to float between multiple branch offices in the Altoona/Martinsburg area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
