Position Details
Full-time
12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Compensation: $25/hour

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide patient care and clinical support under the direction of a Provider while helping maintain smooth clinic operations. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and IVs as ordered, monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, performing venipunctures, and processing lab work.
You'll also assist with referrals, complete accurate documentation, and provide safe, compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors. Team members are expected to remain flexible, support administrative tasks when needed, and cross-train in other areas to help meet clinic needs.
Beyond the day-to-day, we're looking for someone who takes initiative, identifies opportunities to improve, and actively contributes to the success of the team while supporting our mission and values.

This is a fast-paced role, so strong multitasking skills and attention to detail are a must. We're searching for someone who is patient, compassionate, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a busy clinical setting.
