HealthCARE Express is hiring for our front desk team, also known as our Directors of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)!
If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit. Our front desk team plays a major role in the patient experience and helps keep our clinics running smoothly each day.
As a D.O.F.I., you'll welcome patients, verify information, answer incoming calls, assist with questions, process payments, and help maintain organized patient accounts and clinic documentation. You'll also verify insurance information, scan records into the system, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
This role requires someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining friendly, professional, and team-oriented. We're looking for individuals who communicate well with both patients and coworkers, stay flexible with cross-training opportunities, and are willing to jump in where needed to support clinic operations.

What We're Looking For
Candidates should have strong organizational and customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Previous experience in a clinical or medical office setting is helpful, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

- Starting pay at $15.00
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating Saturdays
- 30 hours weekly
