As the face of our company, the front desk team plays a vital role in the patient experience and overall success of our clinics. We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and purpose to every interaction.
This role is more than answering phones or checking patients in. Our D.O.F.I. team helps create the entire patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. We want dependable, upbeat people who bring energy, kindness, and professionalism to every interaction.
What You'll Do
You'll greet patients, assist with check-in, verify insurance and demographic information, answer incoming calls, collect payments, scan documents into patient charts, and help keep the front office organized and running smoothly. You'll also assist patients with questions or concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
We're looking for team members who are flexible, open to learning new tasks, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the clinic succeed. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills go a long way here.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge are important. Previous medical office experience and familiarity with HIPAA are a plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right personality and willingness to learn.
Schedule & Pay
Pay starts at $15/hour
This position is 30 hours weekly with:

- Rotating Saturdays (8 AM to 4 PM)
- Schedule may vary based on clinic needs
