We are currently seeking Bilingual Fully and Provisionally Licensed Clinicians. This role provides home-based/community-based mental health services to youth and families, emphasizing high-quality clinical care, strong engagement, and strong documentation. This is a contractor position based in Bibb County, Georgia.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health services in clients’ homes/community settings
- Engage families/caregivers to support participation and outcomes
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Maintain strong communication and responsiveness with the team
Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Fully Licensed: LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Provisional/Associate licensure track aligned with: APC, AMFT, or LMSW

Experience working with adolescents and families

Ability to work in-home/community-based environments

Reliable transportation (home visits required)
- Strong communication documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fully Licensed: Strong clinical experience with youth (middle/high school age) and ability to manage higher acuity cases
- Provisional: Behavioral health, DFCS, or school-based experience
- Spanish Speaking/Bi-Lingual is a plus
Scheduling / Availability
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling (afternoons/evenings; weekends when necessary
Salary : $50 - $60
