Position Details
- Part-Time: Ranges from 5–20 hours per week (hours vary based on client training needs)
- Location: Must reside in Southern Oregon (Grants Pass or Medford preferred) - REQUIRED
- Work Style: Hybrid (Home Office travel to Client Locations)
- Travel: Extensive travel throughout Southern Oregon and beyond

What You'll Do
• Deliver OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Prevention consulting and training to healthcare practices.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide ongoing compliance support.
• Manage your own territory, travel schedule, and client appointments.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and grow your assigned territory using HCA's established sales process.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records using HCA's CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Represent HCA professionally within the healthcare community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of client-facing customer service, consulting, account management, or business development experience.
- Comfortable presenting, facilitating meetings, or delivering training to groups.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to work independently from a home office.
- Valid Oregon driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to travel extensively throughout Southern Oregon and beyond, including occasional long driving days.
- Ability to lift and transport training materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Personal laptop capable of supporting business software and access to a color printer.
- (Preferred) Three (3) years of healthcare operations, practice management, consulting, training, or related leadership experience.
