We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - Job Summary: the CNC Machine Operator operates a variety of heavy equipment in manufacturing environment under direction of the Plant Manager and/or the Production Supervisors.
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday- Friday
Responsibilities
- Inspect and report defective materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Set up machines for production runs.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.
- Problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50lbs independently and 100 lbs with team lift.
- Stand and walk for extended periods (11-hour shifts).
- Bend, stoop, hear, and see clearly for detailed work.
- Work in varying temperatures.
Working Conditions:
- Air-Conditioned Warehouse and Manufacturing environment.
- This position requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks doing heavy lifting.
- The work environment may involve exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery.
- Safety guidelines and protocols must be always followed.
