HealthBridge Post Acute Rehabilitation, located in Wyoming, MI, is a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused facility dedicated to providing top-tier short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. Our modern center is designed to support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery with the help of our skilled team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
We have a modern and updated facility that offers 65 private rooms, inviting lounge and dining areas, and a state-of-the-art 3,000-square-foot rehabilitation gym. With an emphasis on comfort, safety, and high-quality care, HealthBridge makes the road to recovery easier for our patients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and assist as needed to cook a variety of meals, ensuring they meet dietary requirements and the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan meals that accommodate patients' specific nutritional needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to special dietary requests and restrictions, including allergen considerations.
- Work closely with the dietary team to ensure timely meal delivery to patients.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency in meal quality.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to evaluate and improve food service operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a dietary aide in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to prepare meals that meet specific nutritional requirements.
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing dietary needs and meal schedules.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
