We are looking for an experienced Menial Worker to work with our operations team. The best candidate will have a strong work ethic, pay attention to details, and be able to do a wide range of manual and physical tasks quickly and safely. This job is very important for keeping our facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly. Senior-level menial workers may also help train or guide junior team members. Main Duties: Do a variety of manual labor tasks, like cleaning, moving materials, taking care of the grounds, doing basic maintenance, and helping skilled tradespeople when needed. Use hand and power tools safely and correctly, and keep them in good shape. Always follow the rules and safety procedures set by the company and the detailed instructions. Help set up and take down furniture, equipment, or event spaces. Help with managing inventory, such as loading and unloading deliveries or supplies. Keep the work areas you are responsible for clean and organized. Tell your boss about any hazards, maintenance problems, or safety concerns you see. As directed, help and mentor workers who are less experienced. Finish all assigned tasks on time, making sure they are of high quality and consistent. Requirements: You need to have a high school diploma or something like it. 5 or more years of experience doing manual labor or general facilities work, with a track record of being reliable and professional. Knowing how to do basic maintenance, cleaning, and use of hand and power tools. Ability to lift and move heavy things (up to 50 pounds) and do tasks that require a lot of physical effort. Good at following directions and talking to people. Strong attention to detail, awareness of safety, and ability to work well with others. Having worked as a supervisor or trainer before is a plus.
