HealthBay® Med Spa is looking for a Medical Assistant that can help our fast growing business. Looking for an organized, detailed, professional, passionate medical assistant in an aesthetic medicine environment

Previous experience in a Med Spa, Dermatology office, Plastic surgery office, Cosmetic, Aesthetic or related setting is preferred but not required. Must have excellent customer service with outstanding phone and communication skills. Previous experience and knowledge with cosmetic procedures such as injectables and laser procedures are preferred. Position starts Immediately.

Pay:

$18-$20/hr DOE, plus bonuses

Monthly bonuses for hitting sales goals and going above and beyond expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• This person will be assisting in the treatment room, charting, taking before/after photo's

• Drawing patients’ blood & setting up treatment trays
• Ensuring patients have signed their specific consent forms

• Performing multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously

• Ensures physicians are aware of any important information before entering patient's room and then scribing in the room.

• Communicates with others in office to make sure those who need to be informed are updated on cases

• Establish connections with patients to make them feel comfortable during their treatments
• Answer company phone line and answer customer question regarding which services to book.

• Schedule patients with nurse through our electronic booking system.

• Contacts patients to confirm appointments.

• Demonstrate knowledge of all products and personal insight to the services we provide.

The perfect candidate for this position would be warm, friendly, great on the phone, has experience in the medical spa environment, understands and is familiar with injectables and aesthetic procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Clinic Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 2:00PM
