About the Role

We are a growing team and are looking for a warm, reliable, sales-minded person to help clients in our SpectraLight Therapy Room in Cedar City. This is a part-time wellness sales and client experience role. You’ll help clients understand our wellness services, guide them through SpectraLight sessions, support weight-loss and wellness goals, recommend appropriate treatment plans and nutritional supplements, and follow up with clients consistently. Our packages and sales cycles are easy to learn and are prebuilt for your sales success to maximize client care and sales commissions for the right candidate.

This is not just a front desk or equipment operator position. The right person needs to enjoy helping people, but also be comfortable talking about goals, pricing, treatment plans, and confidently asking clients to move forward.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional experience
• Ask questions about each client’s wellness, weight-loss, body composition, energy, recovery, or mobility goals
• Help clients understand SpectraLight therapy and other wellness services
• Prepare, manage, and maintain the SpectraLight therapy room
• Perform Quantum Bioscanner wellness scans and explain reports in simple language
• Recommend nutritional supplements according to our straightforward company training and protocols
• Help clients use the GForce Pro whole-body vibration machine when appropriate
• Present wellness and weight-loss treatment plans clearly
• Explain packages, pricing, payment options, and recommended session frequency
• Follow up with clients by phone, text, or email
• Track appointments, sales activity, follow-up, client progress, and renewals
• Participate in ongoing training and follow company procedures

• Comfortable learning wellness technology and explaining it in simple terms

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Consultative sales
• Commission-based sales
• Membership, package, or treatment-plan sales
• Weight-loss, wellness, fitness, nutrition, med spa, chiropractic, recovery, or beauty services
• Customer service, hospitality, or client retention

A medical or clinical background is not required. We provide training on the equipment, wellness services, supplements, consultation process, follow-up, and sales process.

Compensation

This position includes:

• $16/hour base pay
• 7.5% commission on eligible new SpectraLight treatment-plan revenue collected each month
• 10% commission on the portion of eligible monthly new-plan revenue above $10,000
• PLUS reoccurring commissions on eligible renewals and additional packages
• Uncapped earning potential
• Expected total compensation of $25 /hour for employees meeting sales expectations
• Paid training

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The schedule will be based on client appointments and business needs.

Afternoon, evening, or occasional Saturday availability may be helpful as client demand and your position grows.
