- Providing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries
- Assisting surgical teams during complex cardiac procedures in the CVOR
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to emergent situations promptly
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure with appropriate certifications
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and surgical instrumentation
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
