- Assist surgical teams by preparing ORs, setting up instruments, and maintaining sterile fields
- Support during surgical procedures, ensuring proper equipment handling and turnover
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
- Perform accurate surgical counts, patient positioning, and transport
- Contribute to a safe and efficient operating room environment
- Current enrollment in or completion of surgical technology program
- Knowledge of sterile techniques, infection control, and OR safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Desire to learn and develop technical skills in a surgical setting
