Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in the Cardiac Pavilion on a PRN basis.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments to deliver quality care in alignment with organizational standards.
Qualifications required are a minimum of 1 year RN experience (preferred), graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN), and a valid RN license in the state or a compact licensure.
Necessary certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association, with unit-specific certifications as needed.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and performing tasks that require gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
