- Performing routine and advanced therapeutic procedures following established policies.
- Monitoring and documenting patient clinical information.
- Educating patients and staff on treatments and procedures.
- Conducting diagnostic tests such as Arterial Blood Gases and EKGs.
- Delivering care tailored to patient age and needs, respecting privacy and safety standards.
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Current Respiratory Therapist license and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS within 90 days.
- Proficiency in computer skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Executing clinical procedures accurately.
- Adapting communication to diverse patient populations.
- Maintaining compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Working in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and prolonged standing.
