Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview: Provides direct perioperative patient care in operating room, PACU, or related settings, utilizing evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare team members to promote competency and professional development.
• Support clinical education through specialized training and certification standards, including AORN and ABPANC guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification; CNOR preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
