Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse license, NICU experience, BLS, Neonate Resuscitate, STABLE certifications, and a diploma in nursing. Must be able to obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
Key Duties: Coordinate and deliver compassionate care, utilize established nursing models, and contribute to patient outcomes and departmental performance.
