Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
- Adhere to safety protocols and organizational standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN or LPN licensure as per state requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and squat
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications may be required based on department needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
