Role: Surgical Technologist in the Surgery Department, supporting pediatric intraoperative procedures in accordance with AORN and OSA standards.
Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during procedures, maintain sterile techniques, prepare age-appropriate instrumentation, and pass supplies as per physician preferences. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure patient and family needs are met in a cost-efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, nurses, and physicians. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, serve as a role model, and advocate for patients. Maintain communication, flexibility, and a positive attitude. May be required to work at different campus locations and take call per departmental policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- CPR certification preferred at hire, or obtained within 2 weeks of start date
