Responsibilities include participating in quality improvement initiatives, supporting clinical teams, and contributing to patient outcomes that surpass national standards. The team includes neonatologists, physician assistants, nurses, and other specialists, with support from a large network of physicians. The role emphasizes a team-based approach with manageable caseloads and no surgical cases.

Qualifications Include
- BC/BE in Neonatology-Perinatal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency and neonatal-perinatal fellowship
- Unrestricted PA medical license and ability to obtain DEA certification
