- Deliver individualized care based on delegated plans.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Use specialized equipment for data collection.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Completion of a recognized LPN program.
- At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent residency training.
- Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN or state.
