Responsibilities
- Perform assigned CNA duties according to patient needs and skill level
- Support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain a safe, quiet, and organized environment for care delivery
- Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of orientation and a minimum of 6 months CNA experience
- Preferred: Completion of a Montana CNA training program or successful challenge of the CNA exam
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized care setting
