Job Summary
Our integrative medical office is seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Include
- Perform health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe and administer medications per clinical guidelines.
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, IV therapy).
- Document all encounters in EHR systems such as Practice Fusion.
- Collaborate with physicians and allied professionals for seamless care.
- Educate patients with different backgrounds on wellness and prevention.
- Support clinic research and quality‑improvement initiatives nad integrative medicine.
- Deliver care in‑office and through telemedicine.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ICD‑10, and CPT regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP/APNP) license (Illinois).
- 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, acute care, or geriatrics preferred.
- Strong documentation, triage, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in EMR systems and modern medical technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Additional certifications or specializations a plus.
