About the Role
Starting pay $26 per hour. Flexible PRN scheduling — pick the shifts that fit your life. Multiple long-term care facility locations across the Portland metro area. Quick credentialing and onboarding support. Weekly pay via direct deposit. Dedicated coordinator team available when you need us.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs
- Document care in accordance with facility protocols
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
- Follow infection control and universal precautions
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Current TB test (within the last year)
- Flu and COVID vaccination, or signed declinations
- Food handler's card (assistance available if needed)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and required compliance checks
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred (new grads will be considered)
