We're hiring full-time Support Staff to work at our Perry Hall - Health Solutions Office. Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced medical, behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice.
Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do.
Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
Specifically, the Support Staff member
- Provides exemplary customer service;
- Front desk reception;
- EHR Operation in NextGen and Avatar
- Operates phones / phone system;
- Scans and uploads records to the electronic health record;
- Verifies client payer eligibility;
- Schedules client appointments as requested;
- Processes Release of Information requests;
- Balances cash drawer / box;
- Maintains client electronic health records as needed;
- Completes client phone enrollments;
- Works under stress in emergency situations;
- Records data electronically and communicates with clients;
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Physical Requirements :
- Requires standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Requires occasional driving
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
- Requires working under stress in emergency situations
- Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
- Requires frequent use of a computer, phone and other equipment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of receptionist experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Colorado driver's license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
- Must be able to travel to Trinidad & Walsenburg
