Support Staff - Perry Hall

We’re hiring full-time Support Staff to work at our Perry Hall facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced medical and behavioral healthcare practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.

Specifically, the Support Staff member

• Provides exemplary customer service;
• Strong computer/technology skills
• Works hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs);
• Covers front desk reception;
• Operates phones/phone system;
• Scans and uploads records to the electronic health record;
• Verifies client payer eligibility;
• Schedules client appointments as requested;
• Processes Release of Information requests;
• Process medical records
• Performance measures
• Processing report for review
• Balances cash drawer/box;
• Maintains client electronic health records as needed;
• Completes client phone enrollments;
• Completes other departments’ job requests as needed;
• Covers at various locations as assigned;
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of receptionist experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
• Demonstrated flexibility
• Colorado driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during work hours

What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves

• Medical support experience
• Spanish language skills
