- A stable part-time schedule: 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
- Oversee and coordinate the full MDS assessment process to ensure accuracy and compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Complete and manage all resident assessments, care plans, and required documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized, high-quality resident care
- Monitor documentation, data collection, and timely MDS submissions
- Educate nursing staff on RAI processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Assist with audits, quality measures, and compliance initiatives
- Support QAPI efforts and facility-wide clinical improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- RAC-CT certification strongly preferred
- Current and active RN or LVN license in Texas (unencumbered)
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain/maintain)
- Strong knowledge of PDPM, RAI guidelines, and long-term care regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and applicable physical requirements
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
