What You’ll Do (At a Glance)
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Support CNAs and lead your assigned unit
Communicate with providers, families, and the care team
Ensure accurate documentation and quality care
What You Need
Active Texas LVN or RN license (required)
CPR/BLS certification
SNF Or Long-term Care Experience Preferred But Not Required
Team mindset and strong clinical judgment
