Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship, support, and engagement through conversation and activities
- Assist with meals, hydration, and basic household tasks as needed
- Monitor and promptly report changes in residents’ condition or behavior
- Document care accurately according to community standards and EMR requirements
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resident well-being
- Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in the state of Tennessee – REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with seniors, including those living with dementia
- Ability to lift, assist, and safely support residents as needed
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
