Required Criteria:
WHAT our ideal candidate can do…
* Administer Injections
* Blood draw preferred
* Prepares patients for examination procedures, including escorting patients to exam rooms; and obtain basic medical information
* Check pulse, vitals, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height of patients
* Record results into the patients' electronic health record

Experience:
* 2-3 years of experience working as a medical assistant in the front/back office (Preferred)
* Knowledge of VFC and CDHP programs
* EMR (Eclinical) experience is preferred, but not required
* Must have good customer service skills
* Must be able to work as a team player in a positive work environment
* Medical Assistant Certificate
* BLS CPR card
* Must be detailed and a fast learner
* Must be able to translate for Spanish patients (Preferred)

Education:
- High School or equivalent

Language:
- English and Spanish (Preferred)

License/ Certification:
- BLS Certification
- Certified Medical Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
