KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Office Operations:
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages.
- Check clients in/out, greet and sign-in guests, announce arrival of clients and guests to appropriate staff.
- Confirm current information for clients at check-in.
- Manage phone system and extension management for new and departing staff.
- Create signage for new hires.
- Receive all incoming mail/deliveries and distribute as necessary.
- Collect all outgoing mail for pickup.
- Produce, update, and maintain information lists as assigned.
- Serve as liaison for facility.
- Manage key, electronic equipment, and company credit card.
- Maintain cleanliness of staff lounge, workroom, lobby.
- Maintain overall organization of Medical Records room, ensuring documents are filed and charts are in order.
- Order and distribute office supplies.
- Secure program areas at the end of each workday.
- Maintain room use schedule for Conference Room and Sign-Up Rooms.
- Comply with the agency’s policies and procedures.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, or Licensure
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher education preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- At least three years’ health clinic front office experience or similar experience.
