Responsibilities
- Support patients during therapeutic exercises by providing encouragement and ensuring proper technique under supervision.
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and therapists to foster a positive environment focused on healing and motivation.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, or rehabilitation principles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients of diverse backgrounds is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods comfortably.
