Medical Office Manger Administrator – Full Time

Medical Supply is seeking a Medical Office Administrator to help keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing day-to-day healthcare office operations.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee administrative desk operations, scheduling, and patient check-ins/check-outs
Manage medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Handle billing support, insurance verification, and payment processing
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
Support office staff and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in medical office administration (required)
Bilingual must be proficient in English and Spanish
Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
