What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Health Quest Fitness Center?
Meet customers at our front desk and provide a welcome to everyone. Perform retail transactions, and make class and service reservations for clients, including swim lessons, personal training, and massage. Make sure customers check in on entry to Quest.
Staff will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, able to use a computer system for many scheduling tasks, and be very comfortable and effective communicating on the phone.
Consistent customer service skills are essential and you should bring a positive, team focused attitude to every work day. You should be willing to perform additional tasks as required.
Experience in a customer service environment is required.
