What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aide/Caregiver position at Health Professionals, Inc.?
Hi! We are hiring experienced professional Caregivers/ Home Care Aides in the Bay Area. This individual will provide in-home personal care services to our clients. Personal care includes personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, and more. Experience in assisting in transfers: from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair to toilet. Provide help in light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Experience in documentation of care.

Looking for Caregivers in:
-San Francisco
-San Mateo County
-Must have an active Home Care Aide License from the Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry
-Should at least 1 year professional caregiving experience
-Should be caring, kind, compassionate, and patient.
-Should be able to work independently but at the same time possess a teamwork attitude with your co-workers and family members of patients.
-Should have current TB testing (within 2 years completed)
-Should have 3 references.
-Should own a cell phone and be able to respond immediately to Staffing Supervisor.
-Should pass with a clean background check (LiveScan fingerprinting).
-Should pass with a clean drug screening.
-Plus: CNA or HHA license.
-Plus: Driving (Valid Drivers license)
-Plus: Speaks other languages.
