Join Our Team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist!
SW Early Steps is seeking a passionate and dedicated Florida Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays. We have opportunities for contracted positions, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your career goals.
As part of our Early Steps team, you will:
- Provide family-centered early intervention services in children’s homes and natural environments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and developmental specialists through joint visits and weekly team meetings.
- Take part in professional development with FL-Epic (Florida Embedded Practices and Interventions with Caregivers) to grow in your role as an OT in Early Intervention.

What We’re Looking For:
Florida OT License (required)
New Graduates will participate in a mentorship program.
Reliable transportation (must be able to drive)
