Job description:
As a Project Associate, you will be assigned to a variety of projects that will ensure the success of day-to-day operations for our clients. You will be provided with all training necessary to ensure your success while supporting you in building new and universal skills. Communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things will be pivotal to your success as a Project Associate at HealthOps, Inc. The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, working out of our client location in Needham, MA. However, the ability to travel to other client locations is a requirement for this position.
The Project Associate will work primarily within a Healthcare setting. Many of our projects will be outside the greater Boston area where you will travel to locations throughout Massachusetts. Our projects typically start in the morning at 6:30am and end at 4:00pm, however, you may be required to work weekend or night shifts on request.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop, support, and facilitate safety and compliance for our clients’ businesses and staff.
- Develop close, trusting relationships with each of our clients to ensure all needs are met.
You will be trained on your Primary Project Responsibilities:
N95 Fit Testing:
- Instructing client staff on the proper use of respirators.
- Conduct a pass/fail test to determine if the client is protected while using the respirator.
Chemical Inventory Audits:
- Ensure the accuracy and location of stored chemicals in a hospital or Research Laboratory.
- Update an online database with any corrections or SDS (Safety Data Sheet) information.
Other Projects Responsibilities:
- Inspections and audits for eyewash & safety shower units.
- Inspections and audits for environmental services.
- Bio and Hazardous Waste pickup and transportation.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Time Management skills
- Critical Thinking
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Be able to lift and transport items up to 50lbs
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- The ability to access and provide vaccination records in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s license and dependable means of transportation
- Successfully pass a background check
- Eligible to work in the US and provide the required I9 documentation
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- 2 years in a Customer Service environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
