Part Time & Full Time position in Barberton OH. area.
We will train you in the activities of a Medical Assistant, this would take you normally 1 year of classes on your own.
$15 per hour
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday. 9am-12pm then 2pm-6pm.

Medical Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and facility efficiency by helping execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
- Record and update personal and financial information.
- Create and update patients' health records and review charts as needed.
- Coordinate with the billing department by faxing, scanning, emailing patient files as needed.
- Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data.
- Answering phones, scheduling patients and coordinating transportation for patients as needed.
- Learn company policies, procedures and software systems, and assist with various office projects, as needed.
- PHONE MUST BE OFF WHILE WORKING. Cell phones will be turned off before you clock in to avoid distractions.
- No personal calls unless an emergency.
