Healthcare | Medical Sales | Strategic Growth

Position Overview-

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact in healthcare? Health Monitor is looking for a high-energy, strategic Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint across Pittsburgh, PA and the surrounding areas!

This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to partner with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leaders while helping improve patient engagement at the point of care.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business growth across hospitals, health systems, and large group practices
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and C-Suite leaders
• Execute strategic territory plans and exceed quarterly & annual sales goals
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with healthcare providers and executives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service and operations teams to ensure client success
• Become a trusted advisor in the Point of Care healthcare space

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of B2B, medical device, dental, or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Proven success exceeding sales quotas and growing territories
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
• Experience managing healthcare accounts, HCP networks, or health systems
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for healthcare innovation and relationship-driven sales
