Role: Registered Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center, CVOR department, providing direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice using the nursing process, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based care, precept new healthcare staff, and ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications: Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and current ACLS and BLS certifications. BLS must be through AHA or the American Red Cross with in-hand certification before start.
Skills & Key Duties: Proficient in perioperative care standards, models based on AORN and ABPANC curricula, and capable of working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Emphasizes wellness, safety, and professional growth.
