Role & Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy. Operate specialized equipment safely, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and self-management. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, participate in quality assurance, and support discharge planning for seamless patient transitions. Perform additional duties within scope of practice.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification required. Preferred qualifications include a doctorate in physical therapy and relevant experience; new grads are welcome. Essential skills include critical thinking, effective communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure. Must possess visual acuity and sensory skills for effective patient care.
