Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
Additional Duties: Support quality initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and perform other assigned tasks in accordance with organizational policies.
