What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services position at Health Marketing?
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Services team, working mid-shift (3 12-hour shifts). A $15,000 commitment bonus is offered for a 2-year tenure.
Join an 18-bed ER unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, caring for patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions. Responsibilities include providing acute nursing care, utilizing clinical judgment, and performing procedures within scope.
Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, current RN license in Iowa or a Compact State, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within six months of hire. Recent RN experience is required.
Preferred qualifications: 1 year of Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, ER, or Psychiatry experience.
