- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

- Mentor colleagues through ongoing education and competency assessments.
- Lead evidence-based practice initiatives, participate in research, and support patient safety efforts.
- Proactively plan patient care, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocol development to enhance patient experiences.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, ACLS required; national certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing fast-paced clinical situations.
