Qualifications & Skills
- BSN degree from an accredited program or equivalent experience
- Current Montana RN license
- BLS certification upon hire; ACLS within 9 months; TNCC or TCAR within 12 months
- Critical care experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to interpret clinical documents, perform basic math, and respond effectively in emergencies
- Assess and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans
- Oversee care delivery, ensure compliance with guidelines
- Participate in clinical conferences and documentation
- Operate medical equipment, assist with patient transfers, and maintain safety standards
