- Administer medications and dialysis treatments, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and TPE.
- Perform pre- and post-treatment assessments, water quality verification, and equipment safety checks.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, communicate with physicians, and ensure compliance with legal and hospital policies.
- Supervise and assist staff, participate in inventory management, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain infection control, emergency readiness, and technical troubleshooting of dialysis systems.
- Foster collaborative relationships with medical teams and promote excellent patient service.
- Current RN license in applicable state or compact, maintained in good standing.
- Preferably 12 months of nursing experience, including dialysis care.
- CPR certification and ability to pass color screening.
- Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and familiarity with clinical applications.
- Ability to adhere to practice standards and meet background clearance requirements.
